The detection object of electronic nose is mainly for volatile flavorsubstances.When one or more flavors pass through the nose, the "scentfingerprint" of that flavor can be sensed by sensors and extracted byspecial intelligent pattern recognition algorithms.By using thedifferent "scent fingerprints" of different flavor substances,different gas samples can be distinguished and identified.Inaddition, some specific flavor substances can just represent thecomprehensive quality information of the sample under the influenceof multiple variables such as different origin of raw materials,different harvest time, different processing conditions and differentstorage environment.Using advanced sensors, it is an electronic nosewith good stability and high detection accuracy of similarinstruments at present.It is very suitable for the detection ofliquid and solid samples containing volatile substances.
